Join us for an evening of connection, collaboration, and community as the Chicago chapters of CHEF, NAHSE, NALHE, MOLA, HCC, NHMA, and NAHN come together for a special cross-organization networking event. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships across healthcare leadership associations, share ideas, and celebrate our collective commitment to advancing equity, excellence, and innovation in healthcare. Let’s strengthen our professional networks—because we’re better together.
CHEF: Chicago Health Executives Forum (CHEF) is a local independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), an international professional society of more than 51,000 healthcare executives. Created in 1976, CHEF is one of the largest local chapters of ACHE. The chapter territory comprises the Chicago Metropolitan area, including the six Illinois counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will.
NAHSE: National Association of Health Services Executives exists because representation matters, leadership matters, and the future of healthcare depends on leaders who reflect the diversity, talent, and lived experiences of the communities they serve. Across chapters, committees, programs, and partnerships, the organization brings together students, emerging leaders, executives, and industry partners who share a common commitment to advancing excellence in healthcare leadership. This work is not only about professional advancement. It is about building legacy, opening doors, and creating a stronger future for healthcare through intentional leadership and collective purpose.
NALHE: The National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives is a national community for healthcare professionals at every stage of their career — from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. Guided by executive leaders from hospitals and healthcare organizations across the U.S., NALHE exists to support growth, leadership development, and impact for all who are committed to advancing healthcare and the communities we serve.
MOLA: Medical Organization for Latino Advancement is a non-profit association of physicians and health professionals working for career advancement, linguistic and cultural competency, and health care access and quality for the Hispanic/Latinx community.
HCC: Health Career Connection Our programs are designed to build a capable, values-driven health workforce—starting with hands-on experience and mentorship, and extending through alumni development and customized workforce partnerships. Together, we’re building healthier communities and stronger career pathways.
NHMA: National Hispanic Medical Association NHMA is the leading nonprofit membership organization committed to advancing the health and well-being of Hispanic and Latino communities. We champion pressing health issues by collaborating with medical societies, resident and medical student groups and influential partners from both the public and private sectors. Our dedicated advocacy efforts focus on promoting equitable health care access, enhancing health outcomes and supporting underserved populations.
NAHN: National Association of Hispanic Nurses is a professional, voluntary and non-profit healthcare organization, dedicated to enriching the lives of Hispanic nurse individuals through the promotion of academic attainment, mentorship, professional development, and by actively reshaping healthcare in the Hispanic community.
